Jason Giarrusso, founder and Director of Jayland Group, is a distinguished leader in Melbourne’s property development industry. With a focus on residential land development, Jason has transformed Jayland into one of the city’s largest developers since 2005. His strategic vision and expertise have secured and delivered over 2,400 residential lots, along with multiple shopping centres, childcare centres, fuel stations, and a medical centre. Salim Chedid
Founder, Kunama
Salim Chedid, the Founder and Managing Director of Kunama, is a leading figure in Southern Tasmania’s property development scene. With over fifteen years of experience, his strategic insight and entrepreneurial spirit have propelled Kunama's growth since its inception in 2016.
